Return & Exchange Policy


We want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase, so we offer the option to exchange or store credit your products for store credit, subject to a few conditions.


Our return policy allows for returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days after receiving your item.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags, safety seals, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase. Please note that all products, excluding Hair Wax,  Edge Grease, and brushes are eligible for store credit.


To initiate a return/exchange or have any questions, please reach out to us through the customer service email address provided on our website and include pictures of the product you wish to exchange or return.


Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return. Return/Exchange must first be approved.


Please keep in mind that if you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, such as a missing apartment number or spelling mistakes, we are not responsible for any delivery issues or if the package is delivered to the wrong address.

EXCHANGES


The quickest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, we will issue store credit which you can use towards the purchase of the new item.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of store credit. If approved, the store credit will be automatically issued within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received store credit, please contact us through the customer service email provided on our website.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS


Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the items and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and correct the order accordingly.

While Beyonka Beauty has tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
